Ever since the Shelter in Place order went into effect, we've had to adapt our business model to keep everyone safe and healthy. Even though we love connecting with you in person, we’ve shifted to offering remote appointments until the Shelter in Place order is lifted.
We currently have plenty of availability for appointments each week. We'd love to help with your issues or projects, even if they aren't urgent! Take advantage of your extra time spent at home and book time for training, troubleshooting, or general maintenance.
By offering remote appointments, we can continue to help with most of your tech issues. During recent remote appointments, we've helped clients with a variety of things including:
Updating apps and software to ensure important security updates are in effect
Photo and file organization
Getting set up on Zoom, FaceTime, or Skype
Consultations on new Apple products such as computers, iPhones and iPads
Email troubleshooting
Signing up for grocery or prescription delivery
Signing up for streaming services such as Netflix and Hulu
And more! If you need help with something, chances are we can help via a remote appointment
Not every issue can be fixed with a phone call or remote appointment, but many can.
You may be surprised how much we can do via remote appointments with our screen sharing technology!
Call our office at 707-573-9649 if you are interested in booking a remote appointment, and we will be happy to advise whether or not this is the right fit for you.
Let us know what we can do to support you during these unusual times. We will all get through this together!
Frequently Asked Questions about Remote Appointments:
Is a remote appointment just a phone call? No! You will be on the phone with our computer technician and trainer, John, but we also have secure screen sharing technology that will allow him to run your mouse and complete tasks remotely.
Is it complicated to start the screen sharing program? Not at all. John will walk you through the procedure to initiate the screen sharing, and once the screen sharing has been activated, you can sit back and watch as he performs tasks on your computer.
What if I need help with my iPad, iPhone, or printer?
While we cannot screen share with these devices, we have been successful at walking clients through very simple troubleshooting steps to help with these devices.
I don't know if my problem can be helped with a remote appointment. Is it even worth trying? Absolutely! Give us a ring and we'd be happy to advise you about whether or not a remote appointment is right for you. You might be surprised how much we can do remotely!
